KingJILI Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and KingJILI ("KingJILI," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the KingJILI online gaming platform, including the website at kingjili.app, the KingJILI mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by KingJILI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

KingJILI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the KingJILI Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of KingJILI, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the KingJILI Platform or any affiliated platform.

By registering on KingJILI, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the KingJILI Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. KingJILI reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided and to suspend accounts where discrepancies are identified.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your KingJILI account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify KingJILI immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

KingJILI shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

KingJILI may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or when required by applicable regulations. Acceptable identification documents include government-issued IDs such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

KingJILI supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Philippine market, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and select over-the-counter payment partners. Available methods may change from time to time; please refer to the cashier section of the Platform for the current list.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. KingJILI does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are generally credited to your KingJILI account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before withdrawals are processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your KingJILI account details.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• KingJILI reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the KingJILI Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. KingJILI is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.5 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

KingJILI offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• KingJILI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• KingJILI reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other fraudulent means.
• Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each bonus will be detailed in the individual promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the KingJILI Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. KingJILI does not manipulate game results in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, KingJILI's records shall be the definitive source of truth regarding game outcomes and account balances. KingJILI shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

Players agree to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KingJILI Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or match-fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing KingJILI staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Responsible Gaming

KingJILI is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to make use of these tools at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of KingJILI.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KingJILI, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability.
• Any reliance placed on information or content available on the Platform.

KingJILI's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude KingJILI's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

KingJILI collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

KingJILI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in our operational policies.

Upon termination of your account for cause, KingJILI reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

You may close your account at any time by contacting KingJILI support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified remaining balance will be returned to you.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the KingJILI Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, KingJILI's internal records and logs shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts in question.

14. Amendments to These Terms

KingJILI reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, KingJILI will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the KingJILI Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
